Mr Swarn Singh aged 50 years came to us on August 11 2010 with a C T scan And MRI reports of Meningioma A well defined extra axial mass of homogeneous intensity is seen arising from the right frontal convexity measuring 30 21 mm after i v contrast mild degree of oedema is seen It was reported that the patient was attacked with fits [ convulsion] several times but during sleep at night He was then taken to the doctor who advised for CT Scan again and found that initial 22 18 14 mm and was given medicine The patient developed giddiness and pain over head even after taking medicine fits occurred in a gap of 1-2 days lastly he came to us on August 11 2010 After taking entire history we had given medicine and stopped all he was taking so far After five days he came with severe headache Medicine was given and sent back home Report after one month - No more fit has occurred no headache but reported of flatulent dyspepsia Medicine was given for one month again This treatment continued There was no more convulsion or headache On February 7 2011 he was sent for MRI Brain and report says - Small mass is seen in right frontal lobe Mild oedema is seen around mass We trust residual part of the mass and oedema will also be cured in 2 3 months time Let us hope the best Lastly
